Making the Right Choice

Debt ReliefIf you’re considering Bankruptcy, you’ve probably been harassed by creditors and threatened with foreclosure, repossession, or some other legal proceeding. Perhaps you’ve been contacted by an unknown company with little or no history in your community that has offered to solve your problems for a certain amount of money. Maybe you’ve even gotten in touch with one of the debt consolidation companies you’ve seen advertised only to find that the solutions they offer don’t make much sense and require substantial monthly payments with no guarantee of resolution. If this describes your recent experience, then you are right to be careful and not be an easy target for dubious enterprises that lack the experience to best represent your needs.

Bankruptcy is a complex system of federal and state laws that requires extensive training best acquired by serving in Federal Court. But today few Attorneys have that essential experience. Further clouding the problem is the many people trying to offer loan modifications; foreclosure assistance; credit consolidation and other debt relief services with little to no legal foundation. It is easy to become confused and disenchanted with so many poor choices to choose from with so little clear understanding of their real benefits.

We have more than 20 years of experience practicing Bankruptcy law, helping people in need of financial relief in and around the Central Coast of California. You are entitled to access the Safe Harbor from creditors that the Law provides to let you solve your financial challenges – and we can help.
